Gotoro is a recruitment marketing platform that enables employers to engage high-intent candidates through targeted digital campaigns. Originally launched as FusionRL, the company built and commercialized a proprietary offering and was acquired by Array Corporation in 2024.

Gotoro (formerly FusionRL) was preparing to scale its next-generation recruitment marketing platform.
