As part of its intermodal growth strategy, Navis acquired the Boss optimization platform and team from Biarri Rail. The platform specialized in rail freight scheduling and was used by leading operators in North America and Australia. Thought Source led the technical due diligence and supported Navis post-close with brand positioning, team onboarding, customer continuity planning, and operational setup in Melbourne.
